LOS ANGELES, CA -- (Marketwire) -- 11/06/08 -- A panel of experts on InternationalFinancial Reporting Standards will discuss "A Path to Compliance" withTOWN HALL Los Angeles during a breakfast meeting at the Omni Los AngelesHotel on Thursday, November 13, 2008.

The trend toward adopting IFRS, a global set of accounting standards, isbecoming one of the most important issues for companies to address todayand represents a significant change for investors, companies and capitalmarkets. A panel of experts will address market demands of trust andtransparency from a legal, regulatory, compliance and practicalperspective. The US Securities and Exchange Commission has stated that allcompanies will be required to implement IFRS by 2014.

The panel will be moderated by CNBC Reporter Jane Wells.
