Powerball Jackpot Grows to $91 Million!

POWERBALL -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 04/13/08 -- The Powerball jackpot continues to grow excitingplayers all around the country. Even though the grand prize was not hitSaturday evening, 526,234 players across the nation won a total of morethan $4.6 million in prizes in America's favorite Game.

Because no one correctly matched all six numbers the jackpot will grow toan estimated $91 million for Wednesday night's drawing.

The cash option for the Wednesday, April 16th drawing will be an estimated$46.7 million.

The numbers drawn Saturday were 11, 29, 48, 52, 55 and the Powerball was36. The Power Play multiplier was 4.

Three lucky tickets in Louisiana (1), Nebraska (1), and Tennessee (1)matched the 5 white numbers and won $200,000.

Eighteen tickets matched 4 white numbers plus the Powerball and won$10,000.Three additional winners of that prize category also had the Power Playoption that multiplied the win 4 times for a total of $40,000!

A total of 108,175 winning Powerball players multiplied their prize by 4Saturday. They were able to do that by purchasing the Power Play option forone dollar. With Power Play you multiply any winnings from 2-5 times,except for the jackpot. At the beginning of each drawing a wheel is spun toselect that night's multiplier. For a limited time during the current"Power Play 10X" promotion, all prizes (except the jackpot) can bemultiplied up to 10 times for the same $1 Power Play cost.
