TORONTO, ONTARIO -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 04/09/08 -- Wayne Isaacs would like to announce that he has acquired, as at March 27, 2008, an aggregate 325,000 common shares of Augustine Ventures Inc. (formerly Black Mountain Minerals Inc.) (the "Company"):Pursuant to the terms and conditions of a share purchase agreement dated January 22, 2008 entered into between Wayne Isaacs and 1485593 Ontario Inc., 325,000 common shares were transferred to Mr. Isaacs.
At the date of this release, Wayne Isaacs has no intention to increase its beneficial ownership, control or direction over securities of the Company. Wayne Isaacs has not acted jointly or in concert with any individual in connection with the acquisition of securities of the Company.
