Previously, David Hunterheld a number of positions leading mobile telecommunications operators inAfrica. His past accomplishments include the position of Managing Directorfor Celtel International, one of the largest mobile operators in Africa.In addition, he has previously served as Managing Director of Celtel SierraLeone and Telecel Zambia. David Hunter will report to Digicel's Group COO,Kevin White, who is also based in Jamaica.
