Norman Wolff Appointed Chief Financial Officer of Enersource Corporation

MISSISSAUGA, ONTARIO -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 02/12/08 -- Enersource Corporation announced today that Norman Wolff has been appointed to the position of Executive Vice President and Chief Financial Officer.

"Norm has supported the growth and success of Enersource with a disciplined approach to financial planning and reporting and with his substantial contribution in the past year as Acting Chief Financial Officer," said Craig Fleming, President and Chief Executive Officer of Enersource Corporation. "We are pleased to welcome Norm as a valued member of the Executive team."

Mr. Wolff has served as Acting Chief Financial Officer since June 2007. For almost 3 years prior to that he occupied the role of Controller with the corporation. In this capacity, Mr. Wolff was responsible for strategic and financial planning and reporting for both regulated and unregulated business operations. Norman Wolff joined Enersource in December 2001 as Manager, Financial Services.

Prior to joining Enersource Corporation, Mr. Wolff acquired financial, operational and business planning skills as Accounting Manager at Scotts Canada and as a Consultant with Financial Task Force Inc. In this prior work and within Enersource, Mr. Wolff has participated extensively in enterprise system implementation projects and strategic planning. Mr. Wolff holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree, Economics Major, from Wilfrid Laurier University and holds a Certified General Accountant designation.

Enersource Corporation is a diversified energy and technologies company focusing on quality of service with the distribution of electricity, delivery of electricity conservation programs and smart metering solutions to meet government objectives and non-regulated services related to the electricity sector.
