IRVINE, CA -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 02/21/08 -- NWP Services Corporation (NWP), the leadingprovider of proven financial transaction processing solutions to themultifamily housing industry, today announced that it has expanded itsstrategic relationship with The E Group, a division of FirstEnergySolutions Corp. Through the terms of the agreement, NWP will offer new andexpanded utility cost management services to multifamily housing owners andmanagers.

Specializing in providing energy management services to single andmulti-site commercial, industrial and governmental enterprises, The E Grouphas been successfully providing its extensive knowledge and expertise inthe electric and natural gas energy markets to NWP customers in themultifamily marketplace since 2003.

NWP will now offer a series of enhanced services to its multifamilycustomers as part of its award-winning utility management program known asUtilityPay Manager. Program features supported by The E Group includeutility bill-auditing and annual rate & tariff auditing for water, sewer,natural gas, and electric accounts and expedited bill insert sorting anddelivery. Additional services available through the program include energybudgeting, forecasting, rebates, conservation, and procurement services.

As a result of this agreement, NWP's UtilityPay Manager customers willbenefit from expedited program implementation and processes. In addition,NWP can help customers identify new opportunities to manage utility costsand reduced risk, enabling them to optimize their energy spend and toobtain competitive utility rates for electricity and natural gas inderegulated markets.
