MISSISSAUGA, ONTARIO -- (MARKET WIRE) -- 06/17/08 -- At the request of the Ontario Securities Commission, Enersource is re-filing the Certificates of the President and Chief Executive Officer and of the Chief Financial Officer of the Company in respect of its annual filings for the year ended December 31, 2007, to include the "Note to Reader:" which was omitted in the initial filing.

Enersource Corporation is a diversified power company, focusing on quality of service with the local distribution of electricity and non-regulated technology services related to the electricity sector. The Corporation is 90% owned by the City of Mississauga, and 10% owned by BPC Energy Corporation.
