(NASDAQ: SLTC), a leading provider of enterprise contractlifecycle management (CLM) solutions, today announced general availabilityof the latest release of Selectica Contract Performance Management. Themost notable enhancements in the release accelerate review and approvalcycles, expedite workflows, enhance reporting and audit capabilities, andadd more powerful searching options.

Selectica Contract Performance Management v3.2 enables a geographicallydiverse team to receive and process contract approvals via PDAs andSmartphones, such as the Blackberry and the Motorola Q. As a result,contract reviewers and approvers can securely process the contract andprovide comments from anywhere in the world.

Enhancements to the handling of third-party contracts include PDF-to-MSWordconversion, to facilitate processing, review, and approval. In addition,new tools enable a comparison of inbound third-party clauses in thesecontracts to a company's "approved" clauses, allowing legal departments toquickly identify changed, missing, or risky terms.

The latest version of Selectica Contract Performance Management alsoprovides cross-contract type reporting, which enables users to aggregateinformation across multiple contract types into a single report, enablingvisibility into, and evaluation of their overall value -- and risks. Alsoadded are enhanced search engine capabilities that allow searching of boththe full text of the contract as well as contract attachments.
