Admittance to the airshow site

As the airshow site is closed on Sunday, July 13, to ensure your admittance to the press conference, please RSVP by July 13 at 9 a.m. (GMT) to Nicola.Daley@fd.com or at: + 44 (0)788 683 9224. If your name is not on the RSVP list, the airshow security will deny your access to the event.

Transportation

Bus transportation will be available from the Royal Lancaster Hotel (Lancaster Terrace, London, W2 2TY) next to the Lancaster Gate tube/subway station or a five-minute walk from the Paddington tube/subway station. The bus will leave the hotel at 9:15 a.m. As space is limited, please confirm your presence when you RSVP.
