The new release adds hardware acceleration withinthe Sigma Designs 8364 secure processor on the Cisco line of IP STBs andDVRs to support enhanced services such as multi-room DVR. Widevine Cypher's ability to support both hardware acceleration foradditional service capacity on consumer devices and NAT for low costexpansion of the service domain is unique in the industry.
