Sandvine's FairShare(TM) solution has been named as a finalist for the highly competitive and prestigious International Engineering Consortium (IEC) InfoVision Awards in the category of Access Network Technologies and Services. Winners will be unveiled at Broadband World Forum Europe 2008.

The awards are presented by the International Engineering Consortium (IEC) and are intended to recognize the technologies, applications, products, advances and services that are most unique and beneficial to the information and communications technologies industry.

Highlights of Sandvine FairShare(TM):

"Sandvine FairShare(TM) is the mathematical model of identifying the sources of congestion and then acting to reduce it," said Don Bowman, Sandvine Chief Technology Officer. "We launched Sandvine FairShare(TM) earlier this year and are pleased it has been recognized as a leader in its category by such a well-respected organization as the IEC."

Sandvine will demonstrate its FairShare(TM) solution at the BBWF Europe, booth #346 held in Brussels, September 30 - October 2, 2008. The InfoVision Awards will take place on Tuesday, September 30 at 12pm in Auditorium 2000. For more information, visit www.iec.org.
