Sales into most divisions were strong and more specifically the NanoChemDivision sales into agriculture, oil extraction and detergent industrieswere stronger than expected in Q1. As a result, Flexible Solutions' topline revenue was up more than 50% year over year when compared to Q1, 2007.Top line revenue increased from $2.3million (Q1, '07) to 3.5million (Q1,'08). Note also that Q1, '08 revenue is the largest quarterly revenue theCompany has reported to date.

As reported in previous news releases, Flexible Solutions Managementindicated that any slow down in revenue growth in 2007 would likely betemporary. It is anticipated that revenue growth for 2008 may track higherthan analyst expectations. First Quarter financials will be available bymid-May when the Company's auditors have completed their review.
