bioMETRX, Inc. Announces Bradley Schwab as V.P. of Strategic Planning
JERICHO, N.Y., Jan. 4 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- bioMETRX, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: BMRX - News) announced today that Bradley Schwab has been hired as V.P. of Strategic Planning.
Mr. Schwab was most recently a Principal in Cahn Capital Corp. a boutique merchant bank primarily focused on investing in and raising capital for Mid- Market LBOs and growth oriented companies. Prior to joining Cahn, Mr. Schwab was with AIG's private equity division where, for over three years, he was directly responsible for identifying, structuring and executing privately negotiated transactions in a diverse group of industries, including, energy, transportation, telecommunications, business services and healthcare, among others. Before joining AIG, Mr. Schwab spent three years in fixed income sales and trading at both Bankers Trust and Bear Stearns. Mr. Schwab holds an MA in International Business and Finance from the Fletcher School at Tufts University and graduated Cum Laud with a BA from the University of Rochester
