Musicrypt Inc. signs deal with MUSIC MANUFACTURING SERVICES
MUSIC MANUFACTURING SERVICES To Use Musicrypt's DMDS To Deliver Independent Music Direct To Radio Broadcasters Across North America
TORONTO, May 31 /CNW/ - Musicrypt Inc. (TSX-V: MCT, OTCBB: MCYPF), the industry's leading and most secure digital music distribution company, today announced a deal with MUSIC MANUFACTURING SERVICES (MMS), a leading CD, vinyl, DVD and cassette duplication and manufacturing company with offices in Toronto, New York, Nashville, Montreal, and Atlantic Canada. In addition to its existing services, MMS will offer its clients Musicrypt's cost-effective and patented Digital Media Distribution System (DMDS), exclusively to deliver their music and promotional materials to radio stations across North America.
Using DMDS, MMS clients will be able to send their broadcast quality music, bios, pictures and other promotional materials directly to the desktops of radio professionals and additionally, track when their material was delivered and whether it was viewed, streamed and/or downloaded. The cost- effective service provides a far more effective, secure and affordable means of distributing music and related promotional material than traditional mailing and is flexible enough to handle last minute changes. Most important to the independent musician, DMDS provides security and accountability incorporating encryption, biometrics, and watermarking, ensuring that only the intended recipient can access the work. MMS expects to offer DMDS to its thousands of clients, and should begin generating revenue by mid-June of 2006.

Also worth noting is that since the grant of the DMDS patent in Canada in 2005, Musicrypt has the exclusive right to offer systems that digitally distribute media files in this manner. This patent is pending and under examination in the US.
