Musicrypt extends expiry date on warrants

TORONTO, Sept. 16 /CNW/ - Musicrypt Inc. today announced that the TSX Venture Exchange has agreed to extend the expiry date of 384,703 of the Company's warrants from September 30, 2005 to December 31, 2005. These warrants were issued February 25, 2005. Each of the warrants enables the holder to acquire one common share at a price of $0.45 per share.
