Composite Solutions, Inc. Engages Palomar Enterprises for Real Estate Brokerage Services
CARLSBAD, Calif., May 8 /PRNewswire-FirstCall/ -- Palomar Enterprises, Inc. (OTC Bulletin Board: PLMA - News) announced today that it has signed an agreement to represent Composite Solutions, Inc. (OTC: CPUT - News) as a buying agent for $15 Million in real estate transactions in the San Diego area.
Composite Solutions, Inc., has an aggressive plan for revenue enhancement through income real-estate and is actively seeking cash-flow generating properties in the residential, commercial, and industrial arena. Palomar has been directed to seek large multifamily properties and projects for acquisition by the company over the next year. Composite Solutions has instructed Palomar to locate a minimum of 100 units for acquisition with an approximate value of $15-20 million.
Composite Solutions CEO Tom Bache said, "We're excited to be working with Palomar. We're confident their assistance will help us make smart decisions as we move forward to acquire property."
Palomar Enterprises is a licensed real estate and mortgage brokerage firm, specializing in Southern California coastal properties. Brent Fouch, CFO stated, "We are delighted to be chosen by Composite Solutions, Inc. as their buying agent for San Diego properties. This additional commission revenue will benefit our Company's bottom line, in addition to the Foreclosure and residential development projects currently underway."
