Silver Dragon Resources Inc. Signs Engagement Letter With Union Securities Ltd. for Private Placement and Prospectus Offering
TORONTO, ONTARIO--(CCNMatthews - Dec. 5, 2006) - Silver Dragon Resources Inc. (OTCBB:SDRG - News), is pleased to announce that it has signed an engagement letter with Union Securities Ltd. in Canada to act on behalf of Silver Dragon as agent in connection with a proposed prospectus offering and private placement of units.
The proposed prospectus offering of units is to be comprised of common shares and common share purchase warrants on a commercially reasonable basis outside the United States, pursuant to general terms and conditions and subject to all necessary regulatory approvals. The offering is expected to be made before the end of the first quarter of 2007 in the Provinces of Ontario, Alberta, British Columbia and other provinces in Canada as mutually agreed.
